Thanks for displaying my art. Art to me is a mission and has become my ministry. I arrived home at midnight after about 12 hour drive. The sudden extreme cold weather caught me off-guard because I feared having frozen pipes at home in parts of the house that are unheated. You sure made the right choice in the paintings to show. I am very pleased with the appearance of Genesis and the Revelation combined. I want to clarify my statement about dreaming dreams, I meant to say daydreaming. Everyday I feel so full of ideas I want to do many things impossible. Even though the secular world may often show my work as art only, the people perceive it as spiritual and I could not be any more pleased. I sure welcome any leads you may give me to show my art in different areas of the country. I certainly welcome any opportunity to show it in any church small or large. My inspiration is my energy as my art is my feet and hands where in I am confident I am not crippled at least not physically. No challenge is too great. North Greenville College is now a university and they have shown my work three times. They are supported by the Southern Baptist convention and Furman University was also in 1994 when they showed my work. I do not see people anymore through doctrinal or denominational eyes. I see people more and more as human beings with one common need for the savior. Thanks for your generous hospitality and introduction to your family. The art has a life of its own and I believe it's a miracle I can create it although many times I do not recognize my own work or what people may see in it. It is like as you teach then your students go out for a lifetime of service. The impressions you make are eternal as an extension of you in a sense. We get one chance at people to help mold their lives and it is a very serious matter. Art to me is the greatest means of communication and education. I am thrilled at the possibility you may hang my 300 ft painting of the Book of Revelation which I titled Revelation Revealed, it is in 6-50 ft. sections, 7 feet 4 inches tall acrylic on 12 oz canvas.
